Chapel Woods Homeowners Association

The Chapel Woods Homeowners Association, consisting of 200 families, is here to ensure that we all enjoy our surroundings.  The association maintains all common areas, works with the Town of Amherst on drainage, sewage, and lake maintenance. The association  represents all homeowner issues involving utility companies, rights of way, town property assessments, and any town planning acts, which may affect the Chapel Woods neighborhood.  

Voluntary annual dues of $50 are collected yearly.  The association needs the support of all property owners to help keep our neighborhood beautiful!

This nominal fee is vital in order for us to properly maintain our common areas, signage, the gazebo and landscaping throughout the neighborhood.  Please support us in our efforts each year!
